Based in TozziniFreire’s Rio de Janeiro office and operating nationwide, de Lamare will advise clients on debt restructurings and credit recovery. She has a track record in cross-border matters and in restructurings that have helped shape Brazil’s insolvency framework.
De Lamare advises on judicial and out-of-court restructurings, debt recovery, financing and the acquisition of distressed assets. Her practice encompasses complex financial transactions from the structuring and fundraising stages through the negotiation of debt instruments and collateral packages. In Dispute Resolution she handles corporate litigation across sectors including energy, mining, telecommunications, infrastructure and oil and gas, including offshore operations.
She joins TozziniFreire as a partner and holds a law degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a specialization in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
