Charlie Caher Joins King & Spalding in London to Strengthen International Disputes Practice

Caher moves from WilmerHale and rejoins former colleagues Gary Born, Franz Schwarz, Marleen Krueger, Rachael Kent and Danielle Morris, who joined King & Spalding last month. The team spans the firm’s London, New York and Washington D.C. offices.
Caher is an English-qualified Solicitor-Advocate with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in international arbitrations under major arbitral institutions and across common law and civil law jurisdictions. His international commercial arbitration practice covers a wide range of industries, with particular focus on energy, infrastructure and construction, and he also regularly represents clients in complex litigation before the English High Court.
He is ranked in Chambers Global and Chambers UK and was named a Leading Partner for International Arbitration by The Legal 500 UK, 2026. Caher holds an MA from the University of Oxford and a Diploma and Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School.
