Ramin Yazdi primarily advises investors and portfolio companies on acquisitions, restructurings and the ongoing tax integration of newly acquired businesses, with a particular focus on the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region. His consulting work emphasizes corporate tax and structuring advisory services to support buy-and-build strategies.
His services focus on establishing scalable structures, implementing standardized processes and enabling efficient group-wide management to support both organic and inorganic growth. His industry expertise includes the insurance sector, dental laboratories and the construction industry.
After graduating from Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, Ramin Yazdi began his professional career in 2014 with the tax advisory firm Borkenhagen in Düsseldorf. Since 2020 he has been part of the ETL Plus Advise Group, where he became Managing Partner in 2021 and has since assumed key leadership responsibilities. He joins Baker Tilly at Partner level.
