Chiomenti Eyes Alessandro Balp in Reported Partner Move

Balp is currently a partner at BonelliErede. Over the course of his career he has developed consolidated expertise in extraordinary transactions in M&A, private equity, real estate and capital markets, assisting Italian and international companies in IPOs, the structuring of mutual investment funds and related sector regulation. Within BonelliErede he serves as Team Leader of the Focus Team Real Estate, is a member of the Focus Team Alta Gamma and acts as Country Partner for India, contributing to the development of the firm’s relations with that market.
