An accomplished trial lawyer, Cameron has extensive experience advising on enforcement actions, including DOJ and FTC merger challenges, as well as securities class actions, shareholder disputes and complex contract and commercial disputes, often involving multibillion-dollar exposure. He also advises on complicated cross-border issues for non-U.S. clients and has handled multidistrict litigation, international arbitrations (including ICC proceedings), mass tort and product liability defense, government enforcement and regulatory matters, and eminent domain disputes. He will join Simpson Thacher’s Litigation Practice as a Partner.
Cameron has been consistently recognized by leading legal publications, including a Chambers ranking for general commercial litigation, recognition by The Legal 500 US for securities litigation and Benchmark Litigation’s New York “Litigation Star” designation every year since 2016.
