Nate Hurlbut joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner from Greenberg Traurig. He advises a broad range of clients on complex M&A, development, joint venture and financing transactions, and has led interdisciplinary teams managing the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects—from acquisition through development, financing, commercialization and divestiture. His practice focuses on transactions involving digital infrastructure and energy projects and on serving private equity sponsors, corporate clients, developers and investors.
John Zarbock joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner from Greenberg Traurig. He guides clients through mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings and other complex matters in both domestic and cross-border contexts, with extensive experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial and financial sector transactions. John’s practice is focused on transactional work across corporate, development and financing matters for clients operating in digital infrastructure and energy sectors.
