Based in DLA Piper’s Washington, DC office, Teixeira brings more than 20 years of experience advising sponsors, investment funds and financial institutions on complex financing transactions across the natural resources, infrastructure and energy sectors. His work covers a broad range of projects, including solar, wind, hydroelectric, gas-to-power and nuclear developments, and he regularly advises on cross-border transactions throughout the US, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. His appointment further enhances the firm’s cross-border finance capabilities across the US and Latin America and complements DLA Piper’s global projects, infrastructure and debt finance capabilities.
