Cases Lacambra appoints Felipe Ramírez de Dorado partner to lead Real Estate & Urban Planning in Spain

Ramírez de Dorado advises on the full spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, financing and refinancing, joint ventures, sale-and-leaseback transactions and cross-border investments. His practice covers asset classes such as offices, retail, logistics, industrial, residential and hospitality, and he has acted for investment funds, institutional investors, REITs, financial institutions, pension funds and family offices in the Spanish market.
Before joining Cases Lacambra, Ramírez de Dorado practised at international law firms and completed a secondment with a London-based firm. Most recently he served as legal and compliance director for the Spanish hotel platform of a global investment firm. He joins Cases Lacambra with the seniority of partner. Ramírez de Dorado holds a Law degree from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and an LL.M. in International Business Law from ESADE Business School, and he also lectures on professional legal training programmes at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and ISDE.
