"José Luis Pérez-Campoamor joins KPMG Abogados as partner in its regulatory, administrative and competition practice, focusing on administrative law, M&A and financing in regulated sectors."
He has more than 20 years’ experience advising on administrative law matters, with a particular focus on M&A transactions and financing in regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure, defence, transport, telecommunications and the environment. He also has extensive experience advising companies on legislative projects, corporate transactions and sanctioning proceedings, combining strong technical expertise with a practical, business-oriented approach. He joins from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo.
