Ashurst Perkins Coie appoints Davide Borelli as counsel in Milan
"Ashurst Perkins Coie hires Davide Borelli as counsel in Milan to strengthen its Digital Economy practice advising on EU digital regulation, data protection, cybersecurity and AI governance."
Borelli brings more than ten years of experience gained at international law firms and in-house roles. He joins the firm's Digital Economy team and advises technology groups and multinational clients across the lifecycle of European digital regulation, including the GDPR, AI Act, DMA/DSA and NIS 2/DORA. His practice includes designing compliance and governance programmes, engaging with supervisory authorities and managing regulatory litigation. He also has expertise in personal data protection, cybersecurity and AI governance, with a track record before European and national authorities in sanctioning and investigative proceedings. Borelli joins from Freshfields.
