Willkie Farr & Gallagher Expands Asset Management with Addition of Partner Erica Temel

Erica has significant experience advising sponsors on complex fund formation and operational matters. She focuses her practice on advising sponsors on the formation, structuring and marketing of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, primarily in the buyout and credit sectors. She joins Willkie as a partner, arriving from Kirkland & Ellis, where she was previously a partner. Her appointment adds to Willkie’s Private Funds practice group, which comprises 30 partners dedicated to private fund formation and investments across the Firm’s global offices.
