Ms. Cuny advises sponsors, financial institutions, debt funds and corporate clients across a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, asset finance, debt restructuring and general banking. She has significant experience on complex French and European finance matters and has been recommended by The Legal 500 France for Banking and Finance: Transactional Work.
