Giulio Palermo launches GPA Law arbitration boutique in Geneva

Giulio Palermo has launched his own arbitration boutique in Geneva, GPA Law. He departs Archipel to become a member and founder of the new firm.

Palermo’s practice will focus primarily on sitting as an arbitrator in commercial, sports and investment disputes; his arbitral work spans those areas. He has served as an arbitrator on the General and Football lists of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) since June 2023, has acted as an Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector for UEFA since July 2019, and co‑founded the Sports Arbitration Moot in July 2021.

Prior to launching GPA Law, Palermo was a partner at Archipel beginning in April 2018, having spent six years as a senior associate at Lalive in Geneva starting in 2012.
