BakerHostetler adds partner Sean Knowles to bolster West Coast securities litigation in Seattle

Knowles joins from an Am Law 100 firm, where he served as the firmwide chair of the securities litigation practice. He brings nearly 30 years of experience representing public companies, officers and directors in securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, mergers and acquisitions disputes, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement proceedings and investigations, and claims under the Washington State Securities Act. He also advises on corporate governance and compliance matters. Knowles is nationally recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America, began his career in New York, and has been based in Seattle since 2007.
