Erika Gabrielli joins Annunziata & Conso as Associate in Corporate, Litigation & Governance
"Annunziata & Conso hires Erika Gabrielli as associate in its Corporate, Litigation & Governance team; she will work on commercial litigation, corporate law, corporate governance and EU state aid and financing matters."
Gabrielli is a dual-qualified lawyer, registered in Italy and in Luxembourg (Avocat à la Cour). She enters Annunziata & Conso as an associate within the team focused on commercial litigation, corporate law and corporate governance. In her career she worked for more than six years at the Luxembourg firm Bonn Steichen & Partners, where she co-directed the Italian Desk assisting Italian and international clients in disputes and cross-border transactions. She has also collaborated on projects in Brussels concerning EU state aid and Union financing instruments, served as Head of Legal & Corporate Governance at Diners Club Italia and is currently an Independent Board Member of Savills Investment Management.
Gabrielli’s principal areas of activity include civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, corporate governance and EU rules on state aid and Union financing instruments. She has also developed expertise in ESG matters and environmental and energy law, and holds an LL.M. with distinction in International Economic Law from the University of Kent.
The firm states that Gabrielli’s arrival is part of a growth plan to broaden specialist skills complementary to Annunziata & Conso’s focus on banking, finance and regulated markets, following recent hires such as Luca Di Stefano and his team.
