Dentons bolsters Paris Public Law and Regulatory team with partner Arnaud Troizier
"Dentons hires partner Arnaud Troizier in Paris to strengthen its Public Law and Regulatory practice; he will work on infrastructure projects, public‑private partnerships, concessions and public contracts."
A member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Arnaud Troizier has more than 25 years’ experience advising on public law and regulatory matters, with particular focus on the infrastructure sector. He acts for industrial companies, investors, financial institutions and public entities across a wide range of sectors, including public buildings, transport infrastructure and facilities, electronic communications networks, industrial facilities such as waste‑to‑energy and desalination plants, defense and energy.
His practice covers the procurement and performance of partnership contracts, concessions and other public contracts, including matters relating to the occupation of public property, as well as the drafting, negotiation and finalization of industrial contracts connected with these projects. He also advises on the sale and financing or refinancing of public projects, operating in an integrated way with Corporate and Banking and Finance teams.
Troizier’s arrival strengthens Dentons’ Public Law and Regulatory team in Paris, which already includes partner Marc Fornacciari, counsel Inès Tantardini and several associates advising and representing clients in advisory and contentious matters, particularly in the transport, infrastructure and energy sectors, and on public contracts, public policy and regulatory matters. He brings complementary experience in public‑private partnerships and other complex contractual structures applied to infrastructure projects.
Marc Fornacciari said Troizier’s experience, technical skills and client base will further enhance the team’s ability to support public and private clients on strategic matters. Troizier commented that Dentons’ global platform and breadth of practices provide an ideal environment to support public and private sector clients on strategic projects and public business law challenges. Pascal Schmitz, France Managing Partner at Dentons, noted that the appointment reflects the Firm’s targeted development of the Paris office around practices that are strategic for clients.
