Moore brings a nationally recognized employment litigation practice, a substantial book of business, and deep experience handling high-stakes wage-and-hour class and collective actions. He has a reputation as an accomplished trial lawyer with numerous high-profile jury trial victories in discrimination and retaliation cases. Moore represents employers in complex disputes, including discrimination, wage and hour matters, and large-scale class and collective actions, and he maintains a broad national practice advising domestic and international companies across industries such as health care, transportation, media, energy, technology, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. A significant portion of his work involves class actions and representative PAGA matters concerning overtime, minimum wage, meal and rest periods, wage statements, final pay, and reimbursement issues.
Moore also counsels clients on strategic planning and human resources issues, including executive terminations, wage-and-hour compliance, and the development of personnel policies, employment contracts, and noncompete agreements. He is relied upon to direct litigation against departing executives for alleged noncompete violations and trade secret theft, regularly defends employers in systemic EEOC investigations, and splits his practice primarily between discrimination litigation and wage-and-hour litigation, with additional work in unfair competition, restrictive covenants, and trade secret matters.
Moore joins Seyfarth from Fox Rothschild as a partner. He is the fifth labor and employment partner to join Seyfarth in 2026, following Katherine Rosen (Seattle), Devin Smith (Seattle), Matthew Huntsman (Dallas), and Nicholas Turner (Sydney). Moore’s professional recognitions include continuous rankings in Chambers USA for Labor & Employment in Colorado from 2010–2026, repeated selection to Best Lawyers in America for Employment Law – Management (2014–2026) and Labor & Employment Litigation (2019–2024, 2026), and fellowship in the American Bar Foundation (since 2008) and the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers (since 2015). He earned his JD from the University of Denver College of Law and his BA from Old Dominion University.
