Andersen Italia appoints Joseph Brigandì as partner
"Joseph F. Brigandì joins Andersen Italia as partner in the administrative, public and regulatory law practice, bringing over 15 years' experience in public procurement, PPP, urban planning and public-sector litigation."
Brigandì brings more than 15 years of professional experience assisting public administrations and private operators across the main areas of public law. His practice areas include public procurement and concessions, public-private partnerships (PPP), urban planning, local public services, public administration liability, public finance, and administrative and fiscal litigation. He has also gained experience in arbitration, representation before Italy’s higher courts, and matters involving European Union law and supranational proceedings.
His profile combines technical specialization and regulatory expertise, developed further through roles in sectoral associations and institutional bodies. Brigandì has served as President of SOLOM since 2019, is a member of the Administrative Justice Commission of the Milan Bar, and within UNAA serves as National Delegate for Lombardy and Coordinator of the Conference of Presidents.
