Piergiuseppe Venturella joins PwC Legal as partner

Venturella brings more than twenty-five years of experience advising public administrations and publicly owned companies. He specialises in administrative law and public sector matters, with specific expertise in supporting clients on organisational transformation, the definition of governance models and the implementation of control and compliance mechanisms. Over the course of his career he has assisted contracting authorities, financial institutions and companies on public contracts, procurement reorganisation, in-house companies, public‑private partnerships and public procedures in the transport, infrastructure, local public services and environment sectors. He has also supported private operators in accessing public funding, participating in tenders and implementing strategic investments in regulated sectors. He joins PwC Legal as partner, having been an equity partner at Tonucci & Partners.
