Rita Marchetti joins CBA as partner in Real Estate
"Rita Marchetti joins CBA as a partner in its Real Estate department, bringing 25+ years' experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, sale & leaseback, development and hospitality."
Marchetti — who joins from Baker McKenzie — brings more than twenty-five years of experience advising institutional investors, real estate and industrial operators, hotel groups and banks on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice focuses on acquisitions and disposals of real estate portfolios, sale & leaseback transactions, real estate development, hotel management agreements and branded residences projects. Marchetti has been admitted to practice in Italy since 2002 and, after working and studying in New York as a Fulbright scholar, was also admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
According to CBA’s Management Committee, Marchetti’s appointment consolidates an integrated offering able to assist clients throughout the full cycle of real estate operations, further strengthening the Real Estate Department.
