QLT Law&Tax appoints Gianluca Abbati Bussetti as of counsel

The department provides assistance to entrepreneurs and companies in M&A transactions, corporate contract law and, more generally, in all phases of corporate life, from extraordinary transactions to governance.
A native of Rome, born in 1979, Abbati Bussetti is a lawyer registered with the Rome Bar with experience in corporate and commercial law gained alongside national and international entities. He has advised multinational companies operating in various sectors, in particular food & beverage and automotive. His appointment represents a return to QLT, where he has already collaborated in the past.
