LARK appoints Kirstin Kemper as Senior Associate in Restructuring & Special Situations
"Kirstin Kemper joins LARK as a Senior Associate in the Restructuring & Special Situations practice, advising creditors, companies and financial investors on complex financings and restructurings."
Kirstin advises creditors, companies and financial investors on complex domestic and cross-border financings, refinancings and financial restructurings, with a particular focus on acquisition financings, special situations and amend-and-extend transactions. She joins LARK in the role of Senior Associate.
With Kirstin’s arrival, the team around Fabrice Hipp and Dr. Michael Berger is growing. Having already worked closely together before, the three are now further building LARK’s Restructuring & Special Situations practice, which was launched in April.
