HEUSSEN appoints Dr. Marina Schäuble as partner to strengthen Munich real estate team
"Dr. Marina Schäuble joins HEUSSEN in Munich as a partner in real estate law, advising institutional investors, funds, PE houses and on project developments, financings and sustainability-related matters."
Dr. Schäuble comes from the law firm Rittershaus, where she served as a partner since 2021.
She brings comprehensive advisory expertise in the real estate market. Her practice covers advising institutional and regulated investors, funds, private-equity houses and asset-management platforms, as well as families and companies on investments and the management of real estate portfolios. She has extensive experience in complex real estate and portfolio transactions, project developments, large-volume lease agreements, residential property and condominium law.
Dr. Schäuble also advises on financings of real estate and project ventures, on lease agreements in the field of wind energy, on matters relating to smart buildings, and on legal asset and corporate real estate management, with particular focus on renewable energies and building refurbishments.
HEUSSEN managing director Christoph Hamm welcomed Dr. Schäuble’s appointment, noting that she will be a highly competent contact for clients and a valuable addition to the firm’s real estate practice. HEUSSEN’s real estate and construction law team advises across the full spectrum of the sector, frequently on long-term and large-scale projects and transactions, with a significant focus on renewables and other sustainability topics.
