HEUSSEN expands employment law team with new hires in Munich and Stuttgart

"HEUSSEN hires four employment-law specialists: Dr. Dirk Monheim (Partner) and Felix Hörl (Senior Associate) in Munich; Dr. Matthias Hinz (Partner) and Daniel Wasser (Senior Associate) in Stuttgart."

Dr. Dirk Monheim, Felix Hörl, Dr. Matthias Hinz and Daniel Wasser are joining the law firm HEUSSEN.

In Munich, Dr. Dirk Monheim and Felix Hörl will strengthen HEUSSEN’s employment law practice. Dr. Dirk Monheim (54) advises employers with long-standing experience in corporate restructurings, works-council law (Betriebsverfassungsrecht) and dismissal-related matters; he regularly litigates before German labour courts and supports corporate organs and executives in selected cases. Monheim will join HEUSSEN as a Partner, coming from the firm Eversheds Sutherland. Felix Hörl (32) advises companies on all aspects of collective and individual labour law, particularly in relations and disputes with works councils, dismissal law and employee data protection; he will join HEUSSEN in Munich as a Senior Associate from Eversheds Sutherland.

In Stuttgart, Dr. Matthias Hinz and Daniel Wasser will join HEUSSEN’s employment team. Dr. Matthias Hinz (50) has advised and represented companies and executives for many years in labour law with particular focuses on insolvency law and occupational pensions; he is also a lecturer at the University of Regensburg. Hinz will join HEUSSEN as a Partner, coming from RSM Ebner Stolz. Daniel Wasser (33) provides comprehensive collective and individual labour law advice with specializations in employee data protection and the digitalisation of the employment relationship; he will join HEUSSEN as a Senior Associate from RSM Ebner Stolz.
