Oppenhoff strengthens Munich employment law team with Dr. Johannes Oehlschläger

Dr. Johannes Oehlschläger advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law. His practice focuses on labor law support for restructuring and transformation projects, negotiating works agreements, reconciliation of interests and social plans. He also has extensive experience in international labor law, employment migration law and the labor law aspects of transactions. He is joining Oppenhoff as counsel from Seitz.
Oppenhoff says the appointment is part of a broader effort to build its employment law team in Munich; a further expansion with a Senior Associate is planned for later this summer. The firm's employment law team, led by Jörn Kuhn, provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on restructurings and transformations, M&A transactions, compliance, compensation systems and representation in labor court proceedings, working closely with the Venture Capital, Private Equity and M&A teams on complex transactions and their employment law implementation.
