Ramón y Cajal Abogados appoints Juan José Mallo as M&A partner

Mallo brings more than twenty years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, commercial contracting and corporate governance. Throughout his career he has advised companies, investment funds and business groups on share and asset purchase transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisation processes and other complex transactions. He joins Ramón y Cajal Abogados from Martínez-Echevarría, where he was a partner.
Mallo’s background is particularly notable in the infrastructure sector, where he has been involved in investment and divestment transactions as well as in the design and execution of corporate structures for large-scale projects. He also maintains academic ties through collaboration with ISDE, IE Business School and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
