Luis Ques joins Gibson Dunn in Madrid

A former State attorney, Ques will head the firm's public law and regulated sectors practice in Madrid. He becomes the seventh member of the Madrid team and joins partner Armando Albarrán, of counsel Alfonso Bernar, Asís Martín de Cabiedes and Reka Palla, and associates Alberto Broseta and Mario Pacini.
