Alfonso Carrillo and Jorge Perujo join Mirlo in Madrid

Alfonso Carrillo joins Mirlo as a founding partner to lead its Litigation and Arbitration practice. He is a former litigation and insolvency partner at Bird & Bird and has more than 20 years of experience in resolving complex business disputes.
Jorge Perujo joins Mirlo as a founding partner to lead its Corporate and M&A practice. He is a former corporate and M&A partner at Ontier, where he led the launch of Ontier in Chile and oversaw its operations across South America.
Mirlo begins operations with a team of 12 professionals and a defined Ibero-American focus. The firm also advises on tax, employment, real estate, restructuring and insolvency, financial law and white-collar crime, and maintains a dedicated sports and entertainment practice.
