Crowell & Moring Adds Antitrust and Competition Senior Counsel Ryan Marth in Minneapolis
"Crowell & Moring has added antitrust senior counsel Ryan Marth in Minneapolis. He will work in the Antitrust and Competition Group on antitrust litigation, opt-out recovery, and cross-border transactional and regulatory matters."
Marth brings more than two decades of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust litigation. At Crowell & Moring he will advise clients on complex antitrust litigation, opt-out plaintiff recovery, and cross-border transactional and regulatory matters. He will draw on extensive class action experience to lead direct-action affirmative recovery litigation for corporate clients harmed by competitors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Marth will also advise international clients on cross-border transactions, regulatory matters, and litigation, with a focus on U.S.-transatlantic matters involving clients from the Nordic region. Chambers USA has ranked him as a leading antitrust lawyer in Minnesota. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School; studied as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Oslo; earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Olaf College; and previously served as a law clerk to Hon. Helen M. Meyer of the Minnesota Supreme Court. He is fluent in Norwegian.
