Blake Rohrbacher will join Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a partner in the Litigation Department, resident in Wilmington.

Rohrbacher's practice spans the full range of complex Delaware corporate litigation and related advisory work, with a particular focus on matters in the Court of Chancery. He frequently represents companies, boards, special committees and stockholders in high‑stakes disputes and has served as first‑chair counsel for clients including Oracle, Boeing, BlackBerry and Verizon. He also advises corporate boards on governance, M&A and fiduciary duties. He will join Paul, Weiss from the largest Wilmington‑based law firm, where he began his career.

Rohrbacher is ranked by Chambers USA in Band 1 for Chancery, was recognized by The Legal 500 in 2025 as a "Leading Partner" in M&A Litigation, and has been listed in Benchmark Litigation since 2013. He serves on the Court of Chancery Rules Committee by appointment of the chancellor and has contributed to amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law and to the drafting of the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act. He holds a B.A. from Yale University, an M.A. from Boston University and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an executive editor of The Yale Law Journal, and is a frequent writer and speaker on Chancery litigation and Delaware corporate law; he has co‑edited and co‑authored leading treatises in the field.
