Ughi e Nunziante adds Alessandro Vitale as of counsel to strengthen corporate criminal law practice
"Ughi e Nunziante hires Alessandro Vitale as of counsel to reinforce its corporate criminal law practice."
Vitale provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance across all branches of criminal law, with particular reference to corporate, tax, bankruptcy, financial, computer-related, urban planning, environmental offences, offences against public faith, offences against public administration and the administration of justice. He joins the firm in the role of of counsel.
Registered with the Rome Bar and, since 2012, with the special register for advocacy before the higher courts, Vitale has served as a lecturer in criminal procedure at Luiss Guido Carli and at its School of Specialization for Legal Professions. He was also a research fellow at the University of Tuscia and is the author of numerous publications in criminal procedure.
According to Roberto Leccese, managing partner of the firm, the strengthening of the corporate criminal law team enhances Ughi e Nunziante’s ability to provide clients with integrated, high-level technical assistance. The appointment is consistent with the firm’s multidisciplinary approach, viewing corporate criminal law as increasingly synergic and interconnected with its other corporate law practices.
