Debevoise & Plimpton Adds Andrea Hwang as Partner in Leveraged and Corporate Finance in New York
"Debevoise & Plimpton has hired Andrea Hwang as a partner in its Leveraged and Corporate Finance practice in New York, reinforcing the firm’s private capital finance platform."
Ms. Hwang brings nearly two decades of experience advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations and asset-based credit facilities. Her practice spans a broad range of financing structures and will contribute to the firm’s private capital finance platform.
She joins Debevoise from the New York office of another international law firm, where she served as a partner.
