Cleary Gottlieb welcomes Emmanuel Enrici to Paris office as private equity partner

Enrici’s practice covers sponsor-side private equity work, including large-cap buyouts, carve-outs and exits, with particular depth in complex, cross-border transactions for major international sponsors. He joins Cleary Gottlieb as a partner and will work alongside Paris partners Charles Masson and Hugues Tabardel. The firm has said his arrival will strengthen its top-ranked M&A and private equity capabilities in Paris.
The hire forms part of broader investment in the firm’s private equity and M&A practices; Cleary Gottlieb advised on more than $300 billion in transactions in 2025 and has recently added senior private equity hires, including Matthew Schwartz in New York.
