WFaria Advogados adds Ivani Contini Bramante as of counsel
"WFaria Advogados hires Ivani Contini Bramante as of counsel to work in Labor Law and Collective Labor Law, advising on corporate planning and handling complex collective-rights proceedings."
Bramante brings more than three decades of judicial experience, having served 33 years as an appellate judge at the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region (TRT 2). Prior to her tenure at TRT 2 she worked at the Labor Public Ministry. She holds a post-doctorate from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, and a master’s and doctorate from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is also a specialist in Comparative Collective Relations from the International Labour Organization in Turin, where her thesis "Obstacles to full trade union freedom in Brazil" is held in the ILO’s Centre for Studies and Documentation library.
At WFaria Advogados, Bramante will act in a senior of counsel capacity, providing strategic advisory support for corporate planning and handling complex proceedings involving binding precedents and collective rights, with particular focus on matters before the Superior Labor Court (TST).
