Proskauer Welcomes Fabrice Grillo as Global Finance Partner in Paris

Grillo brings significant experience in infrastructure finance and cross-border transactions. He advises major financial institutions, multinational corporates and financial sponsors on a broad range of financing matters, including acquisition and leveraged financings, private credit structures, infrastructure investment, liquidity solutions and distressed situations. He joins Proskauer as a partner, strengthening the firm’s ability to advise clients on complex European financing and restructuring mandates and to support the continued development of its Global Finance offering.
