Schatz brings a dynamic, client-focused immigration practice advising both businesses and individuals on a full spectrum of U.S. immigration matters. His work includes handling immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions across a range of industries and client profiles, with a particular focus on helping multinational companies, foreign investors and entrepreneurs navigate complex immigration processes. He provides guidance on matters ranging from routine filings to complex cases that require detailed planning, coordination and advocacy, and has represented clients before U.S. government agencies and the U.S. Department of State. Schatz joins Jackson Walker as a partner in the Business Immigration & Compliance section. He received his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and holds a B.B.A. and an M.P.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
