Aashima brings over 18 years of experience across corporate governance, labour and employment, cross-border compliance, enterprise risk management, commercial contracting, and strategic advisory. She enters Sagus Legal with the seniority of Partner and Head of Gurgaon. She began her career in private practice and subsequently held senior legal leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group, where she served as legal lead across India, South‑East Asia, Australasia and the Middle East. She later headed legal affairs for the Asia‑Pacific region at Smiths Group.
