Brian Nisbet joins King & Spalding from Winston & Strawn. He represents companies in patent, trade secret, and commercial disputes and has participated in numerous trials that proceeded to verdict in courts across the country. In addition to his intellectual property litigation experience, he has handled products liability, mass tort, and other complex commercial matters. He enters the firm as a partner in the Business Litigation practice in Chicago.
Saranya Raghavan joins King & Spalding from Winston & Strawn. A former engineer and software developer, she focuses on intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation involving complex technologies, including telecommunications, networking, and medical devices.
