Martínez-Echevarría integrates founding team from Núcleo Abogados

Miguel Espinós, a founding partner of Núcleo Abogados, specialises in commercial law with broad experience in corporate and company matters. His practice includes M&A transactions and structural modifications, investment agreements, shareholders’ pacts, and contract law at both domestic and international levels, including commercial distribution and financing agreements. He has served as non-director secretary and deputy secretary of boards of directors of capital companies. Prior to co-founding Núcleo Abogados, he held positions at Cepsa (now Moeve), Allen & Overy and KPMG.
Antonio Pérez-Maura, a founding partner of Núcleo Abogados, specialises in tax law and has extensive experience in recurring tax advisory for companies and family estates. His practice covers M&A transactions and structural modifications, tax litigation and large estate planning. Before co-founding Núcleo Abogados, he worked at the Fiat Group and Bufete Barrilero, and he was responsible for opening Núcleo Abogados’ office in the United Arab Emirates.
