Pinsent Masons hires Mariana Lloveras for Madrid Energy M&A team
"Pinsent Masons has hired Mariana Lloveras as a managing senior associate in its Madrid Energy M&A team. She joins from Ontier and will work on energy M&A, investment/divestment deals and renewable project contracts."
Lloveras joins from Ontier, where she built experience advising on energy sector transactions with a focus on M&A deals, investment and divestment agreements, and contractual matters related to renewable energy projects. Her background includes transactions linked to the development, acquisition and financing of energy projects.
She becomes part of the Madrid-based Energy team led by Hermenegildo Altozano. Lucía González, Energy M&A partner at Pinsent Masons, said Lloveras brings strong technical expertise and sector knowledge combined with a practical commercial approach, qualities the firm regards as essential in increasingly complex transactions and as a differentiator for clients and the growth of the practice.
