KLA appoints André Leme as partner to lead Compliance and Investigations in São Paulo
"KLA has appointed André Leme as partner to lead its Compliance and Investigations practice in São Paulo, focusing on corporate investigations, anti-corruption, risk management and compliance due diligence."
Leme previously worked at KLA between 2018 and 2019 and returns with a broader profile developed over more than 15 years at several São Paulo law firms.
His practice spans corporate investigations, risk management, integrity program implementation, and compliance due diligence in corporate transactions. He also represents companies in administrative liability proceedings and negotiates with authorities in anti-corruption enforcement cases.
Leme holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a specialization in Fundamental Rights from the University of Coimbra. He completed a Private International Law course at the Hague Academy of International Law and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Compliance Program at Fordham University in São Paulo. He is certified by the Compliance and Ethics Academy of the SCCE.
On the academic side, Leme teaches at Faculdade LEC — Legal, Ethics and Compliance, where he leads courses on Healthcare Compliance and Anti-Corruption Compliance. In 2025 he was recognized as Professor of the Year in the Healthcare Compliance course.
