HWF Partners appoints Sofía Maldonado to Iberia M&A transactional risk team

Maldonado brings six years of Corporate/M&A experience, having advised on domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity funds, corporates and institutional investors at Linklaters. Her work has encompassed deal negotiation, due diligence and contractual documentation on complex operations. At HWF Partners she will focus on transactional insurance solutions, including warranties and indemnities (W&I), tax, contingent risk and other transactional risk products. The hire forms part of HWF Partners’ broader growth plan across Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
