Holland & Knight Expands Boston Private Equity and Search Fund Practice with Partner Monica Kwok

Ms. Kwok is a nationally recognized search fund partner with significant experience representing search funds, independent sponsors and traditional private equity clients. She is joining Holland & Knight as a partner from Goodwin, where she also served as a partner. Ms. Kwok will work within the firm’s M&A and private equity practice in Boston. She is a frequent writer and speaker on mergers and acquisitions, search funds and corporate governance, and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
