Giorgio Fantacchiotti enters Advant Nctm as a partner in the M&A and private equity area. He brings thirty years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions for domestic and international financial sponsors and for leading corporate groups. His arrival is presented as strengthening the firm’s practice and consolidating its position in the Italian market for extraordinary transactions.
Anna Gagliardi joins Advant Nctm as counsel and Pietro Pozzati as managing associate. Both professionals have expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity and have worked alongside Fantacchiotti in recent transactions. Their addition is described as a structural reinforcement of the firm’s capacity to assist leading clients in complex deals.
Advant Nctm says the recruitment consolidates a practice that today counts more than 40 professionals and has a recognised track record, and fits the firm’s long-term growth strategy to boost international capability, consolidate leadership in private equity and strengthen relationships with major domestic and international financial operators.
