Jennifer McCarthy specialises in insurance regulatory and transaction matters and brings over two decades of experience advising insurers and reinsurers on a diverse array of complex mandates. She joins DLA Piper as a Senior Consultant from Arthur Cox LLP, where she served as a Partner and Head of Insurance and developed and led a market-leading corporate insurance practice.
Her appointment forms part of DLA Piper Ireland’s continued investment in sector-focused growth areas. DLA Piper’s global insurance team comprises over 400 lawyers advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and financial institutions across transactional, regulatory, claims and contentious matters, providing cross-border support.
