HEUKING Strengthens Munich Corporate/M&A Practice with Marina Dolina as Counsel
"Marina Dolina joins HEUKING in Munich as Counsel to bolster its Corporate/M&A, Private Equity and Health Care & Life Sciences practice."
Dolina brings several years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. She becomes part of the team led by Dr. Oliver Treptow and will strengthen HEUKING’s practice in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity and Health Care & Life Sciences.
Prior to joining HEUKING, Dolina served as a Senior Associate at Bird & Bird LLP in Munich, where she advised domestic and international clients on corporate and contract law, including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She places a particular industry focus on the life sciences and health care sectors and advises clients in German, English and Russian.
HEUKING has been expanding its Health Care & Life Sciences practice for over a year, recruiting in summer 2025 a team led by Munich-based partners Dr. Manja Epping and Dr. Stefanie Greifeneder, and more recently adding Hamburg-based partner Dr. Niclas von Woedtke and Munich-based partner Dr. Björn Biehl.
