Zadal hires Rómulo Palou de Comasema

Palou joins Zadal with extensive experience advising financial institutions, investment funds and national and international companies on complex financing operations, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice focuses on structuring and negotiating commercial agreements and on the analysis of financial and corporate documentation in sophisticated transactions. Throughout his career he has developed significant expertise in project due diligence processes, with a particular focus on key project agreements, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), O&M (Operation and Maintenance) and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) contracts.
