Ceca Magán appoints Natalia Fernández as Tax Director in Vigo office

Fernández specialises in international taxation, corporate tax, tax planning, business restructurings and M&A. Throughout her career she has advised primarily industrial-sector companies, supporting them through growth, expansion and corporate reorganisation processes. Her background spans both external advisory firms and in-house tax management roles, providing a comprehensive understanding of companies’ fiscal needs. She joins Ceca Magán with the seniority of Tax Director.
Fernández holds a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and a Master’s in Corporate Tax Advisory from IE Business School.
