With more than 12 years of experience, José Guilherme advises financial institutions, public and private companies, investment funds, securitization companies, asset managers and sponsors on financing transactions, capital raising and capital markets matters. His practice encompasses the structuring, negotiation and implementation of financing transactions and debt issuances in domestic and international markets, including debentures, commercial notes, bonds and other fixed-income instruments, as well as structured finance transactions, securitization, special situations and debt restructurings.
He holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a specialization in the physical and regulatory aspects of the electricity sector from the Brazilian Association of Electric Energy Companies (ABCE). His arrival is intended to bolster Veirano’s capacity to support clients in financing and debt transactions amid growing diversification of capital sources and continued investment in infrastructure projects.
