Woodhead holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a specialization in Tax Law from the same institution (COGEAE). Her academic background also includes international specializations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Advanced Negotiation and Mediation, and in Corporate Law and Governance. She brings a professional background developed at several of Brazil's most renowned law firms.
With more than 15 years as a tax attorney, Woodhead has extensive experience in administrative and judicial tax proceedings involving federal, state and municipal taxes. She is noted for defining and executing litigation strategies and for providing specialized support in due diligence procedures in connection with M&A, special situations and legal claims transactions.
